2. Subscription and Payment

          The subscription fee will be charged automatically to your selected payment method on a recurring basis, depending on the plan you have selected. You agree to keep your payment information accurate and up to date, and to pay all fees when due.

3. Mentoring Services

     3.1 Mentoring Sessions.

          As a subscriber, you will have access to one-on-one and group mentoring sessions with a professional mentor. You will be able to schedule your sessions according to your needs and availability.

     3.2 Mentor Matching.

          We will match you with a mentor who we believe can best meet your needs and goals. However, we do not guarantee the suitability of any mentor, and you may request a different mentor at any time.

     3.3 Confidentiality.

          All mentoring sessions and any information shared during the sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except as required by law.

4. Use of Services

     4.1 Restrictions.

          You agree to use Mentors4Me only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and Conditions. You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or to interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services.

     4.2 Intellectual Property.

          The content provided by Mentors4Me, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works of any content provided by Mentors4Me without our prior written consent.

     4.3 User Content.

          You are solely responsible for any content you submit or upload to Mentors4Me, including but not limited to feedback, reviews, and comments. You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Termination

     5.1 Termination by Mentors4Me.

          We may terminate your subscription and access to our services at any time for any reason, with or without notice.

     5.2 Termination by You.

          You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. However, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mentors4Me provides its services "as is" and without any warranty or condition, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided by our mentors, and we are not responsible for any actions or decisions you make based on such information.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mentors4Me be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services or these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
